Kate Malysheva – creator of Sailing Photo Awards. Well-known marketing professional, brand – management specialization. Kotler Awards prize-winner. Owner of the strategic marketing agency ViMarketing! Author writing about marketing, business, design and making interviews with designers, painters, businessmen and marketing professionals.  

Vladimir Silkin – President of Russian Sailing Federation, well-known politician. From 1991 till 2012 was holding top positions in Moscow government. After appointment as President of Sailing Federation the new era of development had started. Now Russian Sailing Federation is modern and fast growing organization. Vladimir is professional yachtsman, regularly participates in Russian and international championships.

Anatoly Karachinsky – president of the IBS Group. Member of the Council for Business Competitiveness under the RF Government, the Expert Council for Information Technologies under the RF Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication. Member of the Russian Yachting Federation trustees council. Master of sports in sailing.

Nikolai Uskov – editor-in-chief of Forbes Russia since February 2016. Candidate of Sciences (History); in 1992 - 2000 he taught history at the Lomonosov Moscow State University; engaged in journalism since 2000; since 2002 he has consistently led a number of major Russian magazines and web-sites: Men's Health (2002-2003), GQ (2003-2012), Snob (2012-2015). As an expert in the field of politics, society and mass media, Nikolai Uskov actively participates in the leading political programs of the Russian radio and television.

Vasily Zorky – creative director of Afisha picnic, creative producer of Strelka, musician, journalist and stage director. He has been engaged in the organization of the largest events, ceremonies, and film festivals in the capacity of stage director and screenwriter for more than ten years.

Viktoriya Andriyanova – fashion designer, professor at the Moscow Textile University. She knew nothing about sailing until she began creating the spring-summer 2016 collection under the name Regatta, where the dresses-spinnakers became main characters. She has a delicate sense of beauty and is dreaming of going on a tour round the world.

Vladimir Esipov - Editor-in-chief of GEO. He was born in 1974, graduated from state univercity of Saint-Petersburg, than from Henry Nannen journalist school in Hamburg (Germany). Worked for various newspapers: Smena, Delovoi Peterburg, Commersant, bursar of the german bundestag. Since 2000 - producer of the TV company ARD, first german TV channel. Since 2008 - chief editor in GEO magazine.

Vladimir Povshenko – editor-in-chief of the Russian Photo magazine, founder of Russian Photo Club, author of the idea of the Photographer Day holiday, permanent member of the jury of Russia's largest photographic competitions. Over the past 10 years he has made more than a hundred photo projects: exhibitions, competitions, festivals and other events.
